Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. However, if something doesn’t work out, you can easily return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags.

  • Personalized items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

Simply send us an email at hello@thedifferentcorner.com with your order number and let us know if you'd like to return or exchange the item.
We will send you a return shipping label by email.

We charge a reduced flat fee of 4.99 € for returns.
The actual return shipping costs (from Germany to Estonia) are higher. We cover most of the shipping costs for you.

We’ve chosen not to offer free returns to:

  • Encourage more conscious shopping,

  • Avoid unnecessary returns and shipping,

  • Keep our prices fair and transparent for everyone.

Our products are shipped directly from our factories in the Baltics, which is why returns are directed to our logistics address in Tallinn.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 10 days after the return is processed.
